Our Story

With hospitality backgrounds and caffeine addictions, two cousins endeavored to create a business that catered to coffee connoisseur.

The birth of our business - Ground Up Coffee Co - started with our love for a cheeky Sunday sesh, and the need for a caffeine hit to wake up for work the next day.

After much soul searching (and bar hopping) we were drawn to a classic. The Espresso Martini! 

What we do

Located on NSW's Central Coast, we've developed our pre-made Espresso Martini with cafe-quality coffee and a fantastic taste.

And the best part is... there's no need to grind and brew, just shake and get your bartender game on.

All you have to do is buy, shake, and pour!

  • 1. Prep the Shaker

    Grab your cocktail shaker, and half-fill it with ice

  • 2. Pour it in

    Pour ~ 100ml (or however much you want to drink) of our Espresso Martini into the shaker

  • 3. Shake, shake, shake!

    Shake it up for 10 seconds... practice your bartending impersonation

  • 4. Strain and serve

    Pour the Espresso Martini from the shaker into the glass. Depending on levels of fanciness, feel free to garnish with coffee beans!

    **If you don't have a shaker with a strainer built-in, make sure you strain the Espresso Martini as you pour. We don't want any extra ice coming out**
